Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,277 per week
About the role
Treva Workforce is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week position in Huntington, Indiana.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in need
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary
- Document patient care and treatment sessions accurately
Requirements
- Current license to practice physical therapy in Indiana
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- At least one year of clinical experience in physical therapy
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in computer software relevant to physical therapy
Skills
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Experience with various physical therapy modalities
- Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Shifts are 8 hours, evenings.
