About the Role
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week outpatient assignment with ATI Physical Therapy in New Castle, Delaware. This is a great opportunity for a PT who enjoys a traditional outpatient orthopedic environment and wants to work with a diverse patient population while gaining experience with a large, established outpatient therapy organization.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
- Treat orthopedic, musculoskeletal, post-operative, and sports-related conditions
- Provide therapeutic exercise, functional training, patient education, and hands-on treatment
- Strong documentation, communication, and time-management skills
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Delaware PT license or ability to obtain prior to start
- Current BLS certification
- Strong orthopedic assessment and treatment skills
- Ability to independently evaluate patients and establish appropriate plans of care
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
