Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,256 per week

A Travel Physical Therapist is needed in Casa Grande, AZ. This Physical Therapist assignment is for 13 weeks and the setting is Outpatient.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as part of the patient care team.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in Arizona.
• At least one year of relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• ACSM Certified Personal Trainer certification preferred.
