Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,246 per week
Job Description
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in the Greater Chicago, Illinois area.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and reassessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s functional goals.
- Treat orthopedic, post-surgical, neurological, and general musculoskeletal conditions.
- Provide therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance training, manual therapy, and functional mobility interventions.
- Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and safe movement strategies.
- Complete timely documentation and progress reporting.
Requirements
- Illinois PT License Required
- BLS Required
- Outpatient experience preferred
