The Good Life MedStaff is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a position in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in outpatient settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient conditions and progress, and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Current licensure or compact eligibility for Wisconsin.
• At least one year of relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Physical Therapy license in Wisconsin or compact state.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings.

Pay
