Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,226 per week

Prime HealthCare Staffing is seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13‑week travel assignment in Culpeper, Virginia. The therapist will manage treatment plans to promote positive outcomes for patients with diverse diagnoses in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans for outpatient patients.
• Provide hands‑on physical therapy services to achieve functional goals.
• Document patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Current Active State Physical Therapy License.
• Current BLS certification (AHA preferred).
• One year of recent outpatient physical therapy experience (preferred).
• Supervisory professional references.
• Successful completion of drug screen and background check.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and a 40‑hour work week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
