Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,226 per week

A Travel Physical Therapist is needed in O'Fallon, IL. This Physical Therapist assignment is for 13 weeks and the setting is Outpatient.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Illinois.
• At least one year of clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Skills

• Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using medical software and documentation tools.

Pay

Pay of $2226 may be adjusted based on experience. The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
