Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,210 per week

Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of outpatient therapy experience; preferred candidates have 2+ years of experience. Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The preferred schedule is 5x8s; 4x10s will be considered, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Outpatient experience; preferred 2+ years of experience; must hold current licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
