Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Eugene, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Treatment of patients with various physical conditions
- Documentation using EPIC EMR
- Adherence to current BLS/BCLS certification
- Compliance with state licensing requirements
Requirements
- 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist
- Active Physical Therapist License
- Current BLS/BCLS Certification
- Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
