About the role

A Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist is needed in Putnam, CT for 13 weeks. The position is 40 hours per week and 8 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in outpatient settings.
• Evaluate patient conditions and develop treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Connecticut.
• At least one year of relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
