About the role
We are seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for an assignment in Sacramento, California. This is a contract/travel role with potential to extend, typically lasting 13 weeks. The position requires 40 hours per week with 8-hour day shifts in an outpatient/clinic setting. Strong preference for candidates with PACE and/or Epic experience.

Pay
Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, including tax-free stipend amounts for meal, incidental, and housing expenses. Estimated weekly payments are subject to change until formal offer of assignment is made and accepted.
