Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel job in Sherwood, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on exercise programs and injury prevention
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Implement interventions in various settings
- Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued rehabilitation
Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- OR Physical Therapist PT license
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
Pay
$2,152.99 - $2,219.58 / week
Schedule
Day shift, 8 hours, up to 40.00 hours per week, 26-week duration. Start date: 08/17/2026.
