About the role

A Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist is needed in Medford, OR for a 13-week assignment starting September 21, 2026. The position is 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare professionals as necessary.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Oregon.
• At least one year of experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Skills

• Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
