About the role
A Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist is needed in Huntington, IN for 13 weeks. The position is 40 hours per week and 8 hours per shift.
Responsibilities
- Treatment of patients in an outpatient setting
- Assessment and planning of patient care plans
- Documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Collaboration with other healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Indiana
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
