We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week outpatient rehab contract in New Castle, Delaware. This opportunity offers the chance to work with an adult patient population while helping patients improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and reassessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and functional needs.
- Treat orthopedic, post-surgical, sports medicine, neurological, and general musculoskeletal conditions.
- Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, balance training, and functional mobility interventions.
- Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and safe movement strategies.
- Complete timely documentation and progress reporting.
Requirements
- Delaware PT License Required
- BLS Required
- Outpatient experience preferred
