Zack Group is seeking a travel Outpatient Rehabilitation Therapist for a position in Glenwood Springs, Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in outpatient settings.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current state or equivalent compact license.
• At least 2 years of recent PT-Outpatient experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Active or pending state license as an PT-Outpatient.
• Current BLS and/or Specialty Certifications for PT-Outpatient.
• 2 current leadership references, 1 current co-worker.
• Pass background/urine drug screening.
