About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Rehabilitation Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 11, 2026, in Glenwood Springs, Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Rehabilitation Therapist in the state of Colorado.
- Experience in acute care settings preferred.
- Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Skills

Pay
The pay package is based on 10-hour shifts and 38 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend to be determined.
Schedule
