Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,160 per week

About the Role

Travel Physical Therapist position in Pensacola, Florida for an outpatient physical therapy clinic. This is a 27-week contract with a start date of August 24, 2026, offering a 40-hour workweek guarantee.

Schedule

• Shift: Evenings (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
• Days: Monday–Friday
• Hours: 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and functional assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Modify treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and continuing education.
• Supervise students as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Physical Therapy license in good standing.
• Current CPR Certification.
• 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to commit to the full 6-month (27-week) assignment.
• Strong orthopedic outpatient experience.
• Experience with high-volume outpatient caseloads.
