Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a position in Dover, Delaware.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Delaware.
• At least one year of recent relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of therapeutic exercise techniques and modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Skills

• Proficiency in computer software used for patient documentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
