Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,146 per week

A Travel Physical Therapist is needed in Lithonia, GA. This Physical Therapist assignment is for 13 weeks and the setting is Outpatient.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment sessions accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as necessary.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Georgia.
• At least one year of relevant clinical experience.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

Pay

Pay of $2146 may be adjusted based on experience. The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Shifts are 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
