About the Role

Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on exercise programs and injury prevention
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Implement interventions in various settings
- Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued rehabilitation
Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- GA Physical Therapist PT license
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
Schedule
Day shift, up to 40.00 hours per week. Assignment length: 13 weeks, starting 08/03/2026.
Pay
$2,110.81 - $2,176.09 per week, based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
