About the role
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one outpatient therapy to geriatric patients in assisted living communities throughout the Melbourne, Florida area. This position offers the chance to build meaningful relationships with patients while helping them maintain independence, mobility, and quality of life.
- Outpatient geriatrics in Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs)
- 100% one-on-one patient care
- Float between multiple assisted living communities in the Melbourne area
- Monday–Friday schedule with 40 hours guaranteed
- Manageable daily caseload
- Focus on balance, fall prevention, gait training, strengthening, mobility, and functional independence
- No home health visits—patients are treated within the ALF communities
- Collaborative therapy team with an excellent work-life balance
