Required Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School
• 2+ Years of Outpatient Clinical Experience
• CPR Certification
• Active Applicable License for the State

• Has previously completed assignments with the agency or organization

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
