Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting October 19, 2026, in Alamosa, Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to outpatient patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed
Requirements
- Must have 2+ years of recent rehabilitation experience
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Colorado
- Passing scores on relevant licensing exams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
