Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,106 per week

A Travel Physical Therapist is needed in Oklahoma City, OK. This Physical Therapist assignment is for 13 weeks and the setting is Outpatient.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment sessions accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as part of the patient care team.

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• At least one year of relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay

Pay of $2106 may be adjusted based on experience. Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

8 hour shifts, 40 hours per week.
