Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,100 per week

Focus Staff is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a contract position in Colebrook, New Hampshire. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a PT setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital or outpatient setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Perform therapeutic exercises and treatments to improve patient function and mobility.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a PT setting.
• Valid NH License.
• BLS Certification.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current licensure in the state of NH.
• Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
