Job Details Requires a Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School, CPR Certification, and an active applicable license for the state where work will be performed. Minimum of 1 year of outpatient clinical experience needed. Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week. Completes comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients, develops tailored treatment plans, and documents medical records accurately and timely in compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines. Participates in student programs, providing supervision and fostering a positive learning environment. Pursues ongoing professional development through continuing education and professional activities. Adheres to state Practice Acts and maintains licensure in good standing, following all ethical standards and professional codes. Demonstrates awareness of organizational performance improvement initiatives and actively participates in quality enhancement activities.
