Prime HealthCare Staffing is seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel contract in Conifer, Colorado. In an outpatient setting, the therapist will manage treatment plans to promote positive outcomes for patients with diverse diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for outpatient patients.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and patient responses.

Requirements

• Start Date: 10/05/2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• 40 hours per week (8‑hour shifts, days)
• Schedule can be 8‑10 hour shifts, 4‑5 days a week

• One year of recent outpatient experience preferred

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification (AHA preferred)
• Active state Physical Therapist license
• Supervisory professional references
• Successful completion of drug screen and background check

Pay

Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

• 8‑hour day shifts (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Option for 8‑10 hour shifts, 4‑5 days per week
