Responsibilities

• Evaluates assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician directions.
• Responsible for delegation of therapy services to discipline-specific team members, designing functional treatment programs, and serving as an educator for patients, families, students, and coworkers.
• Ensures compliance with organizational standards and safety protocols.
• Demonstrates behaviors aligned with the organization's Mission Statement and Core Values, including patient and employee safety, professionalism, and quality care.
• Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, develops treatment goals focused on discharge within established length of stay, and documents medical records accurately and timely.
• Participates in student programs, maintains licensure, and pursues ongoing professional development.
• Applies organizational performance improvement methodologies to enhance service quality.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• CPR Certification
• 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
