Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,066 per week

A Travel Physical Therapist is needed in Forest Acres, SC. This Physical Therapist assignment is for 13 weeks and the setting is Outpatient.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as part of the patient care team.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of South Carolina.
• At least one year of clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• ACOTE accredited program.
• Pass the National Licensure Exam for Physical Therapists (NCLEX-PHT).
