About the role
A Travel Physical Therapist is needed in Milton, FL. This Physical Therapist assignment is for 13 weeks and the setting is Outpatient.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Florida.
- At least one year of experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Pass a background check.
Skills
- Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR).
