A Travel Physical Therapist is needed in Glen, NH. This Physical Therapist assignment is for 13 weeks and the setting is Outpatient.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.
Requirements
- Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of NH.
- At least one year of relevant clinical experience.
- Pass a background check.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
