A Travel Physical Therapist is needed in Westfield, MA. This Physical Therapist assignment is for 13 weeks and the setting is Outpatient.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Massachusetts.
• At least one year of clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Skills

• Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR).

Pay

Pay of $2066 may be adjusted based on experience. The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

The shift is 8 hours per day.
