A Travel Physical Therapist is needed in Huntington, IN. This Physical Therapist assignment is for 13 weeks and the setting is Outpatient.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as part of the patient care team.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Indiana.
• At least one year of experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Pay

The pay of $2066 may be adjusted based on experience. The exact pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
