About the role
A Travel Physical Therapist is needed in Hartford, CT. This Physical Therapist assignment is for 13 weeks and the setting is Outpatient.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as part of the patient care team.
Requirements
- Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Connecticut.
- At least one year of relevant clinical experience.
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Experience working in an outpatient setting preferred.

Pay
