Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,065 per week

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining licensure in Indiana to work in an Outpatient setting in Charlestown, Indiana.

About the role

This is a 13-week travel contract position with an 8-hour schedule, 40 hours per week. The role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission, and critical goals of the organization into job performance.

Requirements

• 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Outpatient experience required
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of practice (or in the immediate process of obtaining)

Pay

Pay package is based on 8.0-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
