Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,060 per week

Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a position in Glen, New Hampshire.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of New Hampshire.
• At least one year of clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Skills

• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Knowledge of common physical therapy modalities and techniques.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shifts are 8 hours long and occur 5 days per week.
