Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,046 per week

About the role

Zack Group is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Pocatello, Idaho. This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week, working evenings from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services in a clinical setting.

Requirements

• Current or pending state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Active BLS certification and/or specialty certifications for outpatient PT.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent outpatient physical therapy experience.
• Ability to pass background and urine drug screening.
• Current resume.
• Two current leadership references and one current co-worker reference.
