About the role

Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract starting August 24, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care and treatment sessions accurately.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Active Physical Therapist License.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.
