Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,040 per week

Schedule

Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School
• 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience
• CPR Certification
• active/applicable license for the State of Florida
• Successful completion of an assignment with the agency or organization (highly desired)

• The therapist will complete comprehensive evaluations
• Develop treatment plans focusing on patient progress within established length of stay
• Perform documentation in accordance with state, federal, and organizational guidelines
