Job Details
Location: Locust Grove, Virginia
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 5-8 hour days Monday through Friday, with 2 evening shifts until 6:30 pm
Required Qualifications
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
Active and applicable license for the state of Virginia
CPR certification
1+ year of outpatient clinical experience
Current CPR certification
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred
Previous assignment with the agency or organization is highly desired
Additional Information
Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, develops treatment plans utilizing clinical reasoning, and documents medical records accurately and timely
Participates in student programs, pursues ongoing professional development, and adheres to state practice acts and regulatory requirements
Demonstrates understanding of performance improvement initiatives and maintains licensure in good standing
