Additional Information
Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans in accordance with patients' needs, goals, and physician direction. Responsible for documentation, goal writing, and assessment of functional quality indicators. Participates in student programs and maintains professional development through continuing education and involvement in professional activities. Adheres to all state practice acts and maintains professional licensure. Demonstrates commitment to safety and organizational performance improvement initiatives.

Pay Package
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
