About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 14-week contract in Shepherdsville, Kentucky.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Document patient care in the EPIC EMR system.
Requirements
- 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Active Physical Therapist License.
- Current BLS/BCLS Certification.
- Experience with EPIC EMR preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week.
- Must be available for 8-hour shifts.
