About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 14-week contract in Lexington, Kentucky.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
- Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to patient care.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes using EPIC EMR.
Requirements
- 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Active Physical Therapist License.
- Current BLS/BCLS Certification.
- Experience with EPIC EMR is preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Schedule
40 hours per week, 8-hour shift.
