Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,020 per week

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 10, 2026, in Lake Bluff, Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in an outpatient setting
• Adhere to established treatment protocols and standards of practice
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Document patient interactions and treatment sessions accurately and timely
• Stay updated on new research and techniques in physical therapy

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Illinois
• At least one year of clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills

• Knowledge of therapeutic modalities and interventions
• Experience with patient education and discharge planning
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities

Pay

• Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
