The Good Life MedStaff is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a position in Sherwood, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs and medical guidelines.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Oregon.
• At least one year of clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
