Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans aiming for efficient discharge.
• Document medical records accurately and promptly, comply with insurance and policy guidelines, and ensure care is provided under valid physician orders.
• Participate in student programs and continuous professional development through education.
• Adhere to State Practice Act and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain licensure in good standing and engage in performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School.
• CPR Certification.
• Valid licensure for the state where performed.
• Minimum 1 year of outpatient clinical experience.
• Preferred: Previous experience with Cross Country Allied or this agency.

Schedule

Days shift, 8‑hour shifts, a minimum of 40 hours per week.
