A Travel Physical Therapist is needed in Columbia, SC. This Physical Therapist assignment is for 13 weeks and the setting is Outpatient.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in South Carolina.
• At least one year of clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• ACOTE accredited physical therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.

Pay

Pay of $2006 may be adjusted based on experience. Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

8 hour shifts, 40 hours per week.
