Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $1,986 per week

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and reassessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, balance training, gait training, and functional mobility interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Complete timely EMR documentation and collaborate with the rehabilitation team.

Requirements

• Florida PT License Required
• BLS Required
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
