Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and reassessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, balance training, gait training, and functional mobility interventions.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
- Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.
- Complete timely EMR documentation and collaborate with the rehabilitation team.
Requirements
- Florida PT License Required
- BLS Required
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
